In a blender, mix the following

• 1 glass of cold water

• 1 banana or 1/2 cup of frozen berries (optional)

• 1 scoop of protein powder (eg whey or soy protein)

• 1 serving of "greens" (good quality green powder containing spirulina, wheat or barley grass and phytonutrients)

• 1 tablespoon of omega 3/6/9 oil blend (Udo's Choice)

Blend all ingredients then add the oil at the end and pulse until blended (over blending the oil can damage the integrity of the oil).
