Ordering Online
Shopping online at VictoriasHealth.com is completely safe and private.
Our checkout process uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure
the privacy and security of your information. The information you
send us when you place your order is encrypted on your computer,
sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure
server. It cannot be read in transit.
Shopping Basket
Process
Browse our catalogue to find a product
you would like to purchase. Once you have found the product, enter
the quantity of the product to purchase and then click on the "Add
to Basket" button. A message should appear shortly to indicate
how many of the product was added to your shopping basket. If you
would like to continue shopping, just browse and add more products.
At anytime during your shopping, you can click
on the shopping basket image on the left side of the page to view
the contents of your basket.
When you have completed shopping choose the "Check
Out" button on "My Shopping Basket" page. Instructions
on following pages will guide you on completing your order.
Payment by Credit
Card
We accept Visa and MasterCard Only.
International Payments
Due to the fact that it is very difficult to verify international
credit card information, we may require payment to be made via PayPal.
In these circumstances, we will email details of the transaction
to you following the placement of your order on this website.
Ordering Offline
If you are hesitant about placing your order online, you can always
order by Fax or Mail. For fastest processing of your Fax or Mail
order, fill your shopping basket with the items you would like to
purchase and check out your order. When you are at step 1 of the
check out process, choose "Order by fax or mail" then
click continue. You will jump directly to the end of the checkout
process where a printable order form with your selected items will
appear in a new window. You can print your order from the new window
and fill it out and fax or mail as shown below. We do not accept
check or money order.

Sales Tax
In accordance with the applicable provincial and federal laws where
our stores operate, Namely British Columbia, we are required to
charge a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% and a Goods and Services
Tax (GST) of 6% on some products. We do not benefit from the collection
of sales tax and remits all taxes collected directly to the appropriate
taxing jurisdiction. Appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed
on the check out section of the site or added to the cost before
shipping.
Shipping Information
We welcome orders from the Canada, United States and many
international countries. Prices are shown and charged in Canadian
dollars and converted by your credit card company to your local
currency.
You will be notified by email If we expect to be
out of stock of part of your order for more than 5 working days
or in the event of a price change or discontinued products.
Shipping within
Canada
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $150
or more before taxes and weighing less than 4 kg. Parcels are sent
using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. If our free shipping
service does not apply then shipments will be charged at a flat
rate of $15 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, which ever
is higher. Please allow 14 business days for delivery.
Shipping to the
USA
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $250 CDN or more before taxes and weighing
less than 4 kg. Parcels are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel
Service. If our free shipping service does not apply then shipments
will be charged at a flat rate of $25 or the actual cost charged
by Canada Post, which ever is higher. Please allow 21 business days
for delivery.
Airmail Shipping
UK
Shipping charges apply and will be charged to your credit card at
the following rates. There are two choices for Air Mail shipping.
If you do not specify, your parcel will be sent by method one below.
Please allow 21 business days for delivery.

Sent by regular airmail no insurance or
tracking - Flat rate cost $30 CDN for a small parcel (1 or two
small bottles) or the actual cost charged by Canada Post for
a larger or heavier parcel, which ever is higher. In the unlikely
event that the package is lost their is no insurance to cover
it and the contents will be at your
risk.

Airmail with tracking - costs around $60.
In the unlikely event that the package is lost there is insurance
to cover it - see "Lost Parcels" below.
Airmail Shipping
to Europe, Asia and other countries
We ship to many international countries. Shipping costs and times
vary. Shipping charges apply and will be charged to your credit
card at the rate charged by Canada Post + $5 CDN Handling Fee.
Lost Parcels
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 14
days of a charge to your credit card. We will initiate a search
with the Post Office and advise you of our findings. If the parcel
was sent within Canada or US (or to the UK or Europe using the tracking
method), we will make a claim through Canada Post and once we are
reimbursed by them we will credit your credit card.
Insurance
Please note that we take every care to pack glass bottles, however
we cannot be held responsible for any breakages and insurance does
not cover breakages. Therefore all glass bottles are sent at the
purchasers' own risk. |
